PSP Movie Creator is an application that lets you convert video from different formats including DivX/XviD, avi, wmv, mpg, mpeg, dat(VCD), rm, rmvb, Tivo2Go, dvr-ms, qt, mov(ver 2) to PSP compatible files.
This program lets you edit video clips with crop (cut off undesired parts of the screen), trim (set start and end points to convert only a clip or segment), and lets you select output quality, size and resolution. You can also convert video from your DVD movies and select subtitle and audio track for the clip you want to copy.
Additionally you will be able to configure advanced output settings like codec, bit rate, frame rate, brightness and audio volume, and let the program automatically shutdown your computer after a long task is performed.
Finally, it presents a built in PSP Video Manager tool to help you transfer the converted files to your Play Station device.
This program has a nice and easy to use interface, and many interesting features, it doesn't support batch conversion (a problem if you need to process many simultaneous files), but I recommend you test it yourself by downloading the free trial available.
